- The quality, safety, or outcome of any treatment provided by practitioners on our platform
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services
- Actions or omissions of practitioners or patients using our platform
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Get Beautify is a platform that connects patients with practitioners. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments. Always consult with a qualified practitioner before undergoing any treatment. The information on our platform is for general information purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms of Service or if we reasonably believe your continued use poses a risk to our platform or other users. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
